Our company developed jointly with one of its principal partnerHB Fuller, a project named “Complexity Reduction Project” targeted to drastically reduce the number of adhesive codes used in the production progress. The company BAT Italy was the first one to agree with this pilot project. The target was reached and the “model” exported to BAT worldwide giving a great example on how cooperation leads to results targeted to reduce the supply chain and costs.
